Raw material: CSRM uses top quality raw materials,imported from different developed countries like UK,Australia,USA,Europe,Chile ,South Africa,New Zealand etc .This is done to ensure the quality of our finished products. Induction furnace: In the induction furnace the temperature is controlled with care. The chemical properties of the products are observed and controlled. SPECTRO metal analyzers are used to identify, sort, and analyze metals for incoming inspections, during production processes,this is done for ensuring thw quality of the material. Continious Casting Machine(CCM): The temperature is checked and controlled once again in this process. The size of the billets are kept constant. A spectro test is done again for further verification. Re-heat Furnace: In this process the billets are re-heated until a certain temperature. Automatic Re-Rolling Mill: The billets are then send into Automatic Re-Rolling for production. TMT Box: In this process the surface layer of the rebars is cooled down using well maintained water and air. Cooling Bed: Here the finished rebars are kept so that the overall temperature of the products can be decrased. UTM: In this process the quality of the rebars is checked,if the quality is satisfactory then the goods are sent for sales.
